Marcia Morgan Lazaro
A licensed real estate professional since 2012 and involved with owning and managing real estate for over 20 years, I bring extensive experience in marketing and customer service to residential real estate sales. We love being in a business that allows us to celebrate all the great aspects of the Ukiah Valley and Inland Mendocino, the place our family calls home.
As a full-time Realtor working with both Sellers and Buyers and, I stay up-to-date on our local inventory, pricing and market trends, and take advantage of available data to help you identify your home’s optimal listing price. I’m inside many homes with my active Buyers, enabling me to present an informed and more objective market analysis for your property.
I’m an avid reader and stay current on economic and social trends, California real estate law, and technology, making my job as a Realtor more effective, and your job as a Seller seamless, worry-free and enjoyable.

I have been a full-time Real Estate Broker for over 33 years, specializing in ranches, vineyards, and commercial properties, and team with my wife, Marcia on residential listings. From 1988 until 2020, I was the Broker/Co-Owner of the two Inland Mendocino County Coldwell Banker real estate offices. During my tenure as the Broker-of-Record for Coldwell Banker Mendo Realty, I gained invaluable experience in every kind of real estate transaction possible, giving me the insight and knowledge to provide my clients with solid advice on their real estate investments.
Over the past three-plus decades, I have been fortunate to work with a large group of clients, many with significant portfolios, who allow me to assist them locally, and out of Mendocino County with their real estate needs. My business has always been driven by repeat customers and referrals and we enjoy the personal relationships we’ve built through real estate.
